We're dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive space where gay, queer and bisexual people who identify as male or non-binary can connect, celebrate, and thrive without the influence of alcohol or substances.
A small selection of
Our Groups
Whether it’s beach walks or board games, our groups bring people together for fun, friendship and connection. You don’t need alcohol to enjoy yourself. Just come as you are.

A relaxed monthly get-together built around good food and even better company. Members organise Sunday roasts at friendly local pubs, creating an easy, welcoming space to chat, laugh, and connect.
Whether it’s your first Tonic meetup or you’re a regular face, you’ll always be warmly welcomed.

For those who love a refreshing sea swim, even in winter. Serenity Dippers is a supportive group for members who enjoy cold-water dips and the calm, clarity that comes with them.
Swims are organised throughout the year for that unbeatable post-dip glow.

Casual café meet-ups for members who enjoy simple, everyday connection. These gatherings are about slowing down, chatting, and getting to know one another over a coffee or slice of cake.
Perfect if you’re looking for something relaxed, sociable, and easy to drop into.

A few words from
Our Members

It took me ages to work up the courage to go to a Tonic event, but I’m so glad I did. I’ve made lifelong friends and discovered that sober life is anything but boring.
Sam

Tonic showed me how good it feels to connect and have fun without everything revolving around drinking. It’s helped me build a better life in so many ways.
Jonathan

Seeing Tonic in the Pride parade gave me hope. A year later, I was marching with them and realised community and fun don’t have to revolve around drinking.
